Step 1 — Create Your Account
Go to defte.co/register and sign up with your email address. No credit card required. Your booking page will be live within minutes.
Step 2 — Enter Your Business Information
Fill in your business details:
- Business name
- Address and city
- Phone number
- Short description (shown to customers on your profile)
- Business type (hair salon, yoga studio, clinic, etc.)
Step 3 — Add Your Services
Create your service catalog. For each service, enter:
- Name — e.g. "Women's Haircut"
- Duration — in minutes (e.g. 45)
- Price — in your local currency
You can add as many services as needed. Services appear on your booking page instantly.
Step 4 — Set Working Hours
Define which days you're open and your working hours for each day. You can close specific days (e.g. Sundays) or set shorter hours for certain days.
Step 5 — Add Staff (Optional)
If you have multiple staff members, add them with their own working hours and available services. Customers will be able to choose their preferred staff member when booking.
Step 6 — Share Your Booking Link
Your booking page is live at defte.co/your-slug. Share it:
- In your Instagram bio
- On WhatsApp
- On Google Business Profile
- On business cards or posters
- On your website
What Happens When a Customer Books?
- Customer visits your booking page
- Selects a service, staff member (optional), and available time slot
- Enters their name and contact details — no registration needed
- Confirms the booking
- Both the customer and you receive a confirmation email automatically
